Performance at the Folk Festival can come in many forms: music, theater, spoken word, storytelling, and more. You are welcome to use our large panel paintings as backdrops for live performances and videos. Even if you are primarily a material artist or filmmaker, you can incorporate a talk, interview, or demonstration as a performance aspect of your work.
Performances can be planned or unplanned. You can come just to jam or to present a finished piece, or anything in between.
